Aquajet Showers are a piece of crap!

I first saw the Aquajets at a local fair. Saw all the benefits that interested me about all of it. With me having herniated discs, I dreamed of my "time out, " my place to go and rest and relax my aching muscles after a long day of 12 hours on my feet. Went home did some investigating, noticed no negative reports.

Next year rolled around for the fair and pruchased my shower. Everything went well, paper work. Was told time of purchase that it will be delivered to my home and all sales final because of the "Fair Sale." In addition, to no returns on product pruchased.

With this in mind, hire a contractor to remodel my entire bathroom. As he proceeds to educate himself on this type of shower, he notices different items to be questionable. No proper detailed instructions, certain connections do not make sense, which lead them to want to contact the company for correct information.

The main business line is a fax machine. Other numbers given are either take you to a British male voice that redirects you to the fax number and wants no messages left. Other numbers take you to a female voice and stated that she will contact you shortly.

My contractor informs me of this situation, I now call and get the same run around, you can even e-mail them online, and it states that they will get back to you in fourty-eight hours but they don't.

How can a company stand behind a product, take a persons money for thousands of dollars and deliver them a product that does not look like the show model, and the quality and and product looks second hand made and preused parts.

Anyone that bought this product and are trying to install this yourself as they stated. Do Not Do, certain things are questionable.
