Houston Techs Appliance Repair will steal money and rip you off!

This guy is slick and will tell you anything to get your money!

He looked at my cooktop which had a burned out element and told me he could do the repair for $200 but he needed payment up front for the part. Stupid me! I paid him. When trying to schedule the repair, first his truck broke down. Then I learned he spent the money on his truck but will take care of the repair if I just give him a little time. Next, he was rude to my tenant causing me problems with them. Then he tells me he has the part and will install when ready. I schedule and confirm and re-confirm the appointment but he never shows. He won't answer phone calls, text messages, nothing!

I get back to my office and find more than 15 ads on Craig's List on the day he was a no-show. The guy is not trustworthy. You can't believe a thing he tells you. Play it safe and don't hire him for anything!
