Company Does Not Respond to Requests - Home Warranty Service contract

I signed up for this protection plan when we purchased our new home in May. When we had our first claim in September we discovered that they don't answer their phone or online submission form. There is no way to contact them.

I then went online to the Better Business Bureau and discovered that they have an F rating because of numerous unresolved complaints.
