Purchased a home warranty with several add-ons to cover any pre-existing conditions and 3 HVAC systems in a home purchase. Now it is too late to purchase another warranty at the pre-closing prices. This company will not honor it's commitment for warranty services & will not respond. I have been without one of the units for over 1 month and still no resolution. There max is $5,000 per claim so I want the max paid out for services I am not receiving.
