Greencare heating services ltd. Frightened me. Lied about a gas leak in my furnace. Tried to sell me $550 in repairs not needed!

Do not us this company. I was recently serviced by Simon from GC heating and after completing the servicing of my furnace in only 20 minutes, I was told I had a gas leak and needed to have my Gas valve replaced. Simon then tried to bully and pressure me into making an on the spot repair decision claiming if I did not authorize an immediate repair he would have to shut my furnace off for safety reasons he even offered a discount for doing it while he was there. Feeling threatened and very uneasy about what was happening and considering it was summer and I do not need my furnace now I opted to wait on the repair. I have just had another company give me a second opinion of on my Gas Valve and no surprise there, NO GAS LEAK. The other company also re-serviced my furnace as it was still dirty. Simon from GC Heating did nothing! Accept con me out of $89.00 and then try to con me for over $500 on a repair I did not need. I will never use this company again and I recommend other people not to use this company either.
