XTREAM CUSTOM HOME REMODILING Money up front, partial crappy job, will not answer telephone calls

I found an ad in the DMN "Home repairs" No name but telephone # 214-603-0209 A person said their name was "Don Benedict", he came to out house and gave us an esitimate to retile a bathroom. He used the common thing, "I'm a good christan& big family man, and I need a draw to go buy materials. Like a dam fool I gave him a check for $800.00, he bough $134.00, worth of tiles. He and 3 guys are in the bath tub at one time, plastering the tiles up, We wanted the vanity redo - so that ment another draw of $800.

While they were here and after they left for the day, We inspected their work more closely. The tiles are not straight, they were overhanging one another, some with excess morter behind them, others not enough. Just a heck of a big mess. Now he will not answer the phone.
