Ibetia Tiles ripoff

I hired Iberia Tiles for the purchase and installation of my Travertine Tile including the remodeling of my bathroom. The job started 9/4/06, the installers made a mess out of my home, they stole from me and to date 10/24/06 they are not finished with the job (The bathroom looks like a bomb hit it) and I cannot get anyone to return my calls, including their corporate office in Miami (903) 591-3880. They have already taken $19,000 of my money.

I have worked with so many other companies and have never, ever had this negative experience.
