Zane Neugebauer Dishonest, does not keep his word or his appointments, does not return calls, does not honor verbal contract

We verbally contracted with Zane and Triple C Landscaping in April, for 12 weekly mowings and edging. As of August, we have had 5 mowings and only a couple of those included edging. We went four straight weeks without the lawn being mowed.

We were at first very sympathetic with Zane's excuses, but it became apparent that he was not keeping track of his appointments and only returned one of our phone calls out of dozens of messages we left.

I run a small business. Zane's attitude and his lack of business sense and common courtesy are beyond anything I have ever experienced in 40 years of dealing with all kinds of people.

He still has not returned any calls. He owes us $154.00 for the mowings he did not provide. We warned him that if he honored his contract he would not hear from us again, but if he did not honor his contract then we would report him and ask the city to pull his business license.

His disregard for his customers has already cost him one lucrative referral from us.

He should not be in business unless he learns how to maintain a customer base, treat customers honestly and provide the services he promises in a timely manner.
