Liar, lazy, refuses to work, uses his family as an excuse, refuses to refund

After seeing a Groupon, called Zane Neugebauer, owner of Triple C, to see if he came out to Fountain Inn, said he would, prepaid him for 12 bi-weekly mows, and from the beginning, I was having to call him and text about every 3 weeks to see why my yard was knee-high. As with others, I got every excuse imaginable, broken machinery, things at his house broken/flooded, he was sick, blah, blah, blah. Liar, says he'll come out, doesn't. Missed huge spots, admitted doing a bad job, blaming it on his weedeater being broken, but never came out to "fix" the problem, either.

Often would go a whole month without his having mowed. Yard looked like hell. Refuses to return my money, altho he said he would at least 2 times. Refuses to respond to Better Business Bureau, where he has an F rating. I keep leaving posts on his FaceBook page (Triple C Landscaping) in an effort to warn people off but he keeps deleting them. Oh, well, maybe he'll find that FB isn't a good form of advertising in case people do see my comments. Maybe other people will leave comments, too, and he'll have to just shut that page down.
