I ignored all the bad reviews thinking it couldn't be that bad... Well it is and MUCH WORSE! I just moved out of the house 14115 Horseshoe Trail in Balch Springs because this house had rats and BED BUGS!
My entire family, including 3 children, were severely bitten and these A* holes would do nothing about it. I was forced to throw away furniture and find another place to live. Whenever maintenance work was requested they came but never fixed the problem correctly and wouldn't give a specific day they would show up.
They are rude illiterate people who think they can do what they want with peoples money but I'm going to show them that they can't if they don't refund my deposit in a timely fashion.By the Way. I moved out of the BED BUG INFESTED HOUSE ON 7/31 & its already up for rent today 8/3. Do not rent from them please!!
