Do not rent from this guy all of his houses and properties are in disrepair. The house i live in has holes 3 feet wide in the roof with trees going out of them the house is full of mold broken windows the lights dont work the cabinets are busted the toilet is busted there are crackheads that hang out in the garage behind the house smoking their drugs.

The guy has been in trouble with the health department numerous times and still refuses to fix things. He tells tenants he will have everything fixed within a week of them moving into one of the places and as far as it goes for me its been 7 months and he didnt do a thing. The guy also shuts peoples water and utilities off to get them to pay higher rent and also if they report him. Stay clear of him
