Slum-lord, house infested with rats, snakes, frogs, bugs, mold, holey walls and doors, exposed wiring RIPOFF

My family and I moved to be closer to my work. I found this apartment by driving my normal 2 hour drive. This place was going to be our saving grace by giving us more family time. I spoke only to the woman upstairs about the place.

We made arrangements with Mr. Moody and the lady to have the cleaning and other things done before we moved 95 miles. We got a moving van and headed out only to find out that it had not been done. There had been 7 dogs in the house and the last tenants had never ever cleaned. There was rat droppings, snakeskins, and a frog that kept jumping in the shower with us.

The worst problem we had was mold-black and green. It was so bad we bleached, scrubbed, and then wefinally said ok.

We called Moody he said there was nothing wrong with the place. We have had to go to the Emergency room for Bacterial Infections, to the doctor for lice infestations and sinus infections.

We have sinced moved but I have lost my van due to lost wages from illness. Our dog is also at a friends because where we moved wants a $300.00 pet deposit. Our children are at a loss without her and so am I!
