I ordered from this company months ago and I still haven't received my order. I wish I had looked them up first as they have a terrible reputation. They do not deliver their goods and they charge you straight away. There are pages of comlaints in msn. Stay away from this company.

The customer service reps lie constantly and tell you that your order is on it's way when it is not. This company is not reputable and make no attempt to deliver door knobs. I have wasted so much time trying to call, email and chat on the on line system to no avail.

I don;t know if this company is real or an on line scam, but i am going to make every effort to find out.
