Bagandstyle / mimi And Porter
Order not received after 5 weeks

I ordered a guuci bag from bagandstyle.com last march 8. They received my order on march 11 and charged my credit card. I was told they will deliver my order in 7-10 days. After 3 weeks, i haven't received my order so tried their 24 chat line and was able to chat with one of their customer agent and was told they had to changed their courier service and will take few more days to receive my order.

After 5 weeks and still haven't received my order, i emailed them 4 times and haven't received any response at all. I tried the toll free number but it's not working. I tried again their 24 chat line but it's not working too. I just recently recently checked their website and now server cannot be found. My order num is 2340. I think this wesite is not legitimate. They take money from credit card. Hope you can help me. Thank you.
