Mr. Gary Dannenbaum Realtor was completely rude and incompetent, By showing up more than an hour late and wearing a suit that looked like Pajamas. Also reeking of marijuana. Spouting off his right wing agenda and his hate for gay marriage. I am not interested in any of his personal agenda. My only concern is in my million dollar listing in Malibu. I would not do business with this guy even if I was homeless and living under a bridge in downtown LA.
