Cancelled layaway

My layaway was cancelled around 12/15. I couldn't find receipt and when I went to pick it up it had just been cancelled the day before. Fine. To get my money back human resources said it had to be refunded through corporate office in 7-14 days. Fine again. When not received in 3 weeks I called hr again. After asking me questions with attitude she took my name address and phone # and said it would be looked into and they would get back to me. No one ever got to me. After several attempts no has got back to yet and still is not resolved. They always give me the run around if they even answer phone. Can you please help me get this taken care of?
