Cosy Pajamas
Received some defective pajamas and asked to return them. The response I got was that "it is not perfect, but it is normal"

I bought two pairs of onesie panda pajamas from the website for a sizable amount of about $120. When I received them I found out that the faces were sloppily sewn on and the black mouth had multiple white strings going through it. I asked for a refund or exchange, but was refused and given an explanation that "it's not perfect, but it's normal". The site says that they will take returns and keep 30 percent of the original purchase, but they still refuse to take the pajamas back. I feel like I've been scammed and probably have been to some degree.
