Strung me along with moving delivery time ripoff shoddy company

A bottom-barrel company. Gave me an estimate that did not include a massive amount of packing supplies—perhaps normal for the biz. What was truly unacceptable, was that the delivery time changed every four hours over a three day span where I had responsibilities. I ended up moving in to my new apartment at 2:30 Saturday morning. Their excuse: they had been pulled over by the police for speeding. If they had really been speeding, they would have got there on time. I had to direct them to my house by cell phone at 2:00 am, my roaming notwithstanding. A shoddy company shoddily run. Spend two or three hundred dollars more up front and relieve some tension.
