Screw Up on Delivery of Furniture Moving Company Ripoff!

The moving company picked up my furniture on June 9. When the person who came to inventory the house before the pick up made his estimate I said I wanted full packing service. When he arrived at my home he thought I had packed everything myself.
The main fellow was completely surprised about the packing information and this put the schedule behind the 8 ball. It took five to six hours for them to pack up our things.
I did not have a delivery address at the time and said I would contact the main office when I had the information. I called the company about two weeks ago and sent two emails saying I wanted the furniture delivered to its destination in Waukegan, IL on July 14.
Well, this past week end, I got a call from the company's driver that he was to deliver the furniture on Monday, July 9. I told him that I had said the 14th is when I wanted it. He said it would be stored.
Today, I called the company and was told that the delivery coordinator would get back to me sometime with the time when my things would be delivered. When I pressed for a firm time when I would hear, I was given no definitive answer, just "You'll hear when we know".
I told the representative I needed my furniture on the 14th as I had said originally, but my plea fell on deaf ears. Now, I wait to see what further disaster befalls me. I will let everyone know what happens.
