Horrible door, bad shipping service, inferior customer serice

This door company is the worst of its kind. I know ETO doors has unbeatable prices, but it was a nightmare to receive. I ordered a french mahogany door from the website. I received the door 2 months later with no included brick molding whatsoever, the wrong glass and no elliptical top transom casing. The brick molding came separately, since we got it the next day. The brick molding HAD MISSING PARTS. I had contacted ETO for a long time and they haven't answered since. I had spent 3 times more than the original price of $3645. The door has yet to be installed. So much money in the trash.
