Poor quality and workmanship and liars

Worst quality ever!!! *BUYER BEWARE* They say quality is everything but my door came with exposed white weather stripping on top of a dark wood finish. Called Milliken and spoke to Tom and he reassured me that it would be taken care of and that he couldnt believe that the door left the shop looking like that. The door came back and where the weather stripping was now had gaps in it and some of the brick moulding had came apart because it was not nailed in properly. 5 month later I was promised a new door to replace the door that they botched. Excited to finally get my door, they sent the same door and said its that door or nothing. Since we paid almost 5000.00 on a new door we wanted a new door that was not taken apart and reworked several times and because they would be stuck with it they would not build us a new door like promised by Tom. We will take our 5g's and go order another door from another company. Cant believe they drag us through this for 5 months when it was of no fault of ours and wouldnt give us a quality door. * quality is horrible * buyer beware *
