I have purchased their blender, a factory refurbished one, model CB-p series, after a year of little use, on the 4th of July quit working, I wrote to the customer service address for this company, i just received a reply today, in which i was informed basically i was on my own, that i can send the base of the blender, but i will be charged for repairs, shipping both ways, and i was advised to insure the shipping... I will spend less money buying a better product from a different company instead. They failed to recognise that their product just worked for a year with little use! I feel i was ripped off big time!!
