We bought a Healthmaster Blender from Harvest Essentials. It stopped working properly after a couple of months. It began to leak a greasy, black oily substance and became very loud, to the point where it was unbearable... We contacted Harvest Essentials and they said they no longer handle the blender, so we contacted Healthmaster and they wanted us to send the base back, plus a cheque for $29.95. Cost of shipping is about $50.00, so we are expected to pay $80.00 to return the base and receive a new one. We are not sure the base is even the problem... We spent hours on the phone waiting for a customer service rep... They do not seem to have much interest in Customers... It was a very bad purchase and we are just going to throw the thing away and start over with a reputable company. This experience has been very disappointing
