Sear Repair
Do not ever use Sears Repair, Fraud!

They only use "Repair" to attract costumers to buy new parts or new machines, besides of collecting their show-up-fees!

I had the worst service ever in my life! I need a professional to find out the details about why my dishwasher wouldn't finish a cycle, that is why I would pay 80$ for an expert, not a moron, to come in, to diagnose and to fix the issue!

Sears tech came in having absolutely no knowledge about my dishwasher (or any dishwasher) what so ever. He only listened to me half way and claimed I need a new panel without any examination. I had to show him the panel works! He then put his hands on the machine and said ' oh you need to change parts". Why? It is only because my machine is an old model he does not know a thing about it.

He then called his boss asking which and how many parts he should order... And his boss told him it's PC board. Then he started to calculate: fix old board 180 or buy new board 240 labor fee not included... So I should buy a new board, it should be totally 380... Then I should go to sears this weekend to get a new machine for 500$.

And then he started the normal wash cycle without even put all things back in the machine that I disassembled. And with his help, for the first and last time, the machine does not drain anymore. (After he left I put everything together and run a whole rinse cycle it worked and drainedperfectly). He next asked me how I would pay for todayhe'sshow-up-fee without telling what and how wrong is about the machine. He should work in sales department or robbery department.

So no one knows what's wrong with the dishwasher, not me, not that tech, after the 80 dollar service. I started to contact his boss and I was repeatedly told: the tech's 'diagnosis'worth $80. It is nonsense, even my dog diagnose better then the Sears tech! I guess the problem is not just the tech, his unprofessional performance is fully encouraged and supported by their department. They just go to people home to collect showup fees if they can't sell anything.

I wish I had seen the Sears Repair 1-1.5 out 5 star review before I called them. It is a pure sales fraud!
