Failure to Give Refund

This began in 2011. I had been in BJ's Factory after I was accosted with a manipulative sales marketer who had been pressing windows. I had been not involved however they insisted on delivering anyone to my house. The salesperson, Tony Wilson, that came was a buddy of my friend and against my better view I wound up purchasing a surprise door as mine needed changing. I had been guaranteed a brand new you might possess a display you could draw across.

They calculated wrong and requested the incorrect doorway and needed to re order. Once they eventually came to set up the doorway, I came across it had been no diverse from my previous one and there is no display! I refused shipping. Nothing occurred - no calls, nothing. I called the sales person. At the start of the entire year and he explained I'd obtain a return. Nothing happened. I wrote towards the organization and there is no reaction. I spoke for the sales person. Again and he assured he wouldn't sleep until I acquired my cash back. Exactly what a rest! I never heard from him so that as much when I am worried he's as much of the scammer whilst the organization.

I submitted a BBB criticism plus they provided me the choice of having just half my money-back or taking the incorrect doorway that they requested. I told them I'd consider the reimbursement working that 50% of my deposit is preferable to nothing. Wrong again.organization hasn't answered and certainly will not matter the reimbursement.

I really hope to atleast alert others when coping with the corporation. They've many titles and handles - FJB Affiliates, LLC/FJB Home-Remodeling are 2 of the titles they use. They've an office in Ct in addition to New York. The corporation is only a buncj of ripoff artists that overcharge due to their items, consider your cash and neglect to provide.
