July 18th we had a lightening strike that took out or frig. July 22nd we got our appt. For service, finding we needed a part ordered. We got or part and had it scheduled to get put in July 28th between 1-5. At 5:30 the servicer came. When he got there we found that the part was broken. He had to reorder and wait another week for it to come in. No that the part is here we have to wait for a service appt. That we have to take off work yet again to get to, maybe he will come on time maybe not. We have been without a frig for over two weeks and are very dissatisfied with the service we received thus far. We have also placed a complaint with the company.
