Not Honoring 3yr Warranty

The maintenance agreement on my dryer expires 2/8. I called in a couple of weeks ago to set up an appt for the final check before the expiration and after being on the phone for 45 mins they were unable to locate it and I was unable to make an appt. They told me to fax a not with the original receipt to High Pointe and they would contact me immediately. I have yet to hear from them. Is this really the run around you want a 30 year customer to have to go through?
