Took money from us with the intention of doing our roof. This was a year ago. After numerous calls he did not do the work and we were out of 4500.00

We got the infO online to contact Keith finkel to do our roof. He came to our house wrote a contract took our money and left we were under the impression that he was coming back to do our roof. This never happened. We would call him, he will answer the phone but give some bogus excuse about him not having any money any being able to give us back the money. He made many promises to do so but he never did. Be aware of this man he is a liar and a thief. He will meet with the wrong person one day. We are still waiting to get our money back and now he does not answer the phone anymore. This had been going on for 1 year now.
