This man is my uncle. He took the money and did not finish my roof. Now my roof is leaking

There was a storm that came through Ohio and did some damage to my house. I paid my Uncle to put new siding and a roof on my house. He accepted all of the money and only did the siding. So here my roof sits leaking now causing more damage and he will not come do it.

I have called, Emailed, done everything to make him do it and nothing. It has been almost a year now and I am still waiting. I am trying to get it done before i have to take him to court. Which i really do not want to do.
