I spoke with a Sean (?) Carrol, operating manager at your NJ distribution center. He took the time to help me figure out what was wrong with my newly purchased fridge. I was ready to return it and go to a competitor when he walked me through the steps to diagnose the problem. This guy really cares about us, the customer. His knowledge of your products is astounding. He not only fixed a problem, but kept a life long customer. Kudos to Sean for his patience and caring demeanor. He gave me his personal numberif I ever have a problem again. I havent had that type of service in years. If you could track him down andthank him, I would be grateful.
