Product received was unbelievabale

Ordered kids sneaks online. The warehouse in CA sent me 2 left shoes and each shoe was a different size! I knew something had to be wrong when I saw how they were packed. 2 little shoes in a long plastic bag in this brown carton. I was appauled that something like this would come from sears. That was a disgrace. And, to top things off, I cannot get an exchange when I return them. What kind of business are you running. I have been with Sears for 45 years... Things have changed.
