Original mattess factory does not honor their warranty. Their customer service is terrible. Reported to them the mattress I bought from them caved in and they wouldn't give me my money back or exchange it as the warranty says. This company is a bunch of sheeny operators. Buyer beware. Do not buy from original mattress factory. Bad, cheap mattresses.
