I had Mr. Luther Broughton come to my house to do Home improvement work on my home. Mr. Luther did the work but it was half done and done quickly. Before the job was finished Mr. Luther wanted more money. I told him no! Not until the job was done. Mr. Luther Broughton curse me out and called me a B*tch. I told him not to returned back to my home, unless he finished the job and that when I would pay him. Mr. Luther got in his car and called me a B*tch again and left.
