This guy is dangerous, he will tell you he is the owner of a contruction company. Once you give him a deposit you will never see him again. He goes by the name Lu.
He ripped me off for over 20,000.00 dollars for a garage he never built. He lied and never got the permits, causing me problems with the town. Luther Bates is a crook, that will cost you everything if you deal with him.
