Sears refusing me a refund calling me a lia

I have requested a refund for a range cord i returned with the range and was told i did not return it and i'm a liar. I did receive the refund for the range and when it laft my house it was on the back of the range. I am so upset over this i could scream!!! I have spent hours on the phone over this and was offered a 20.00 gift card. I will NEVER shop at sears again and don't want a useless card. I want my money back. They are a very useless company!!!
