Refund Refused for Range Cord Returned With Range, Called a Liar

I have requested a refund for a range cord I returned with the range and was told I did not return it and I'm a liar. I did receive the refund for the range and when it left my house it was on the back of the range. I am so upset over this I could scream!!! I have spent hours on the phone over this and was offered a 20.00 gift card. I will never shop at Sears again and don't want a useless card. I want my money back. They are a very useless company!!!
