Warrranty repair denied by mediator due to water damage that was caused by transmission dipstick failure. Told twice by agent to file claim with my car insurance company - EXTREMELY SHADY!!! He offered to meet me halfway on a $2000 bill by offering to cover seal replacement of $50. If I had known your company was going to deny claims using such shady tactics I would have never paid $1400 for worthless policy. I now have a rental car bill to pay and my car still has to be repaired with a $50 pitch in from you - THANKS FOR NOTHING MERCURY!!!
