Extremely poor customer service

Frank's Carpet Mart, 2400 22nd Avenue North, St. Petersburg, has got the toughest customer support that people have previously experienced. Buddies that I've voiced to (sadly directly after we invested $2800 for laminate floor) acknowledge stating: a) no body recognizes you whenever you enter the shop, w) the supervisor, Rob, is very condenscending, d) obtaining aid from Frank's Carpet Mart to correct the floor since there's an issue, is incredibly difficult. To get a shop that offers rug, this specific shop has really filthy, used carpet inside itis shop... Not really a great indication. Rob, the supervisor, has overlooked a number of my requires assist in fixing the issue. Fortunately, after determination, the repair has become within the fingers of Larry and Marge from Varied Ground Fix. Your laminate floor isn't set yet but I'm assured they'll do the repair properly... No because of Frank's Carpet Mart. We were seeking to do two more areas with laminate floor but WON'T EVER store only at that Frank's Carpet Mart again. They will have dropped any potential company from me and we're warning our friends.
