Took my money, now the phone says out of business!

I am disabled and told the memory foam mattress would be great for pressure relief. I ordered one and waited a week. I called and they told me they were moving to Miami. A week later I call and the answering service says their out of business, sorry for the inconvinience. What a rip off, I will go to the bank and report this.
