Kobletz Floor Buffer is Junk Internet

I purchased a Koblenz Floor Buffer after speaking with customer service at The Vacuum Center. I explained I wanted to use the device to buff my hardwood floors. Not only is the device inappropriate for this use, the machine just does not work.

I used to be a janitor at a church and I know how to use a commercial buffer. The Koblenz buffer designed for home use is just a piece of junk. I returned it once, because even the manufacturer said the handle was installed incorrectly after I sent pictures. Then, the replacement device started shaking uncontrollably after a few uses.

Another flaw with the machine is that the pads that are placed on top of the scrub brushes constantly fly off.

The Vacuum Center cannot be trusted. Nor can the Koblenz brand.
