Made My Carpet Smell Like Stinky Feet!

Silver State made my 2 1/2 year old carpet smell like feet & did absolutely nothing to remedy the problem. They sprayed deodorizer on it about a week after their initial visit, which did not work. When we called them back 1 1/2 weeks after that, they said they'd come out but never put us on the schedule, which we found out at 4:00 that afternoon.

When we called at 4:00 pm on the day they were supposed to come out, they said they'd call back... We called them back at 4:45 & had to argue with them to come back out. They finally showed up 1 1/2 hours later & came in, said it didn't smell, refused to do anything, went outside to call the manager & drove off without even telling us they were leaving! A formal complaint has been submitted to the BBB.
