Schedule appt to have 2 rooms cleaned gave the lady the sizes of room, she quoted $40.00 the rooms were 14x17/14x21.. The cleaner came in said you have some pet spots on carpet, i advised him i had a cat that i just laid to rest a week ago, he went out side to call his supervisor nathan. He came on the phone gave be the same spoil that everyone else gives, more money to different chemicals need to be donr just for the smell, advised him i have this carpet cleaned 1x month, and the same carpet cleaning say same thing, i said i just want a regular clean.

The carpet cleaner said its 40.00 he asked for $40.00 asked me to signed and he will start, so dummy me gave him the $40.00. He then starts cleaning the 14x17 room takes about 6-10 strokes on carpet and procedes to next room. I advised him is it little quick on that room, he says that what you get when its reg clean. So in time he would have doon thous 2 rooms in abt 3 mins. Ive had plenty of other companys come in and cleaned thous rooms before and they have taken 20-25 mins on job. His response is if we have any probles to call office and spk to supervisor abt get the $ back

I called the supervisor back name was nathan, i told him what was going on, advised him ive been in customer for 23 yrs and know that if you make the customer happy then they will keep your service. First impression goes long way, i then heard him say in his exact words "we can not do a good job"i advised him i heard it all that all i got to hear and hung up. I guess as a consumer if you dont give silver state carpet what they want then your going to get sh_t job. The cleaner cleaned the carpet in the way os v shape instead of cleaning like it was a box for which you cover it like it was box..

Just remind you never pay then or anyone else b4 they do the job, especially silver state carpet, you will never get your $ bck, also filed a complain already with bbb
