Kitchen install a rip off and loan project

Ordered cabnets counter top and install lation which they want all paid up front before they start so have no hold on them if they are not completing project. Asked for regional mang name got same story would not give to me. The installer company that home depot used are subbing to another company who is watching the job??? For almost 9,000 to install and sheet rock alitte. Looks terrible and electric not happy and still waiting for them to return to complete. No comunication... Waiting on store mang to call will see. It would of been worth it to have another company do the kitchen not worth the hassell
