Ft Lewis Firestone is a joke

The Firestone on Ft Lewis needs to be shut down. I took my truck in to them and told them exactly what was wrong, my fuse box was damaged, the driver side light panel was out and my speedometer was fried. They did a diagmostic for 115 dollars, and did not look into any thing I told them was wrong. Thry then told me that it would be another 400 in fiagnostics to investigate the problems I sent it in for in the first place, and that my, fusebox was fine. So I took it to another shop. Bryans Automotive, they diagnosed everything in two hours, and confirmed my, fuse box was not only damaged, but Firestone tampered with it to try and cover it up. They also mis diagnosed my heater to try and charge me an extra 2000 in repairs.
