Lynnwood WA Poor quality, not as described

We had a terrible experience with this franchise. We paid top dollar for custom cabinetry that was described to us to be "wood look" for a home office and ended up with a mixture of wood and melamine that looks awful. Even worse, they didn't
install what was on the drawings. When we complained, the owner's solution was that we should spend even more money on additional wood doors. What a RIP OFF! We then asked to return the cabinets for a refund.instead, the owner charged the entire balance to the credit card we used for the deposit - WITHOUT our authorization and with the work incomplete! Don't believe what they tell you and don't get too excited about the beautiful photos in their catalog and on their website. I'll
be posting photos of what their work really looks like, and it's not pretty.
