The Wood Wizard-David Langdon
This contractor was a homeowners nightmare. Use caution before you hire him!

The Wood Wizard did and said all the right things BEFORE we signed the contract. After that, it was a different story.

We never knew when The Word Wizard or his workers would show up. Missed appointments were "mistakes". He wrote down the "wrong date". Problem was, The Wood Wizard would miss appointments for 1 or 2 weeks at a time. One of his workers finally told us the Wood Wizard was working other jobs and didn't have time for us. What a nightmare when your house is torn apart.

The Wood Wizard was rarely on the property to supervise the workers. Therefore the workers did little work, smoked, talked on their cell phones, had their friends over... Again, a real nightmare when your home is torn apart.

Another nightmare were the workers themselves. They didn't hesitate to proclaim how much they hated working for the Wood Wizard. That sure gave us confidence in how things would turn out. NIGHTMARE!

We had a lot of very poor quality workmanship. Good luck trying to get The Wood Wizard to come and make repairs. Check out his recent history on the BBB:

For some of the work needing to be repaired The Wood Wizard began to deny that he'd even done the work!!!

I'll say it again, THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!

Bottom line, use caution if you decide to hire The Wood Wizard - David Langdon
