Custom Lite, Inc. Ripoff on warranty and misleading

After paying nearly $30,000.00 for a 4 season sunroom, we were supposed to get a lifetime transferable warranty, that was "bumper to bumper". We were told no matter how something broke that it would be covered. After the final payment we were told we had a 20/30 year warranty that did not cover kids, pets accident or act of nature. We were told we would have windows that would only require the effort of two fingers to open and close it. Not only do you need two hands, but the wobble so baadly that they could fall out! I was told that the reason they were so loose, was "the law of physics" and that if they were tighter they would not be able to open or be taken out to be cleaned. The company will not return my calls and is giving me the run around regarding the warranty.
