Unmet guarantees, damaged goods, unconcerned about cutomers ripoff Pensuaken New Jersey

I ordered furniture from them and they quarentee 16 week delivery. They did not meet the goal. I gave them 4 extensions since I liked furniture. They than got it in and said they would deliver on the day that was best for them. Since I worked at 4 they said deliver before than. On day of delivery they called and said late afternoon. I told them before 3:30.

They did not deliver and when I than said cancel order on monday they basically said I would have to sue them for my money. I decided to take it. They again did not deliver on day promised until late in day. They also brought the wrong items. Had to go back. They than used queen slats for a king bed. The first night the bed colapsed while I was sleeping in it.

Their next solution was to tear up one runner on the bed and put in a seperate metal matress frame. Only it was about 3 inches shorter than the original one. My pillow and dog fell off the top of bed since the mattress did not meet the head board. I ended up spending another $200 on elevations for the bed and TV so that I could see my TV and the pillows would not fall off the top of the bed.

I would not recommend that any one does any business with this company. The regional manager and one of the 3 owners who begged me to give them another chance would not return calls and avoided me when the furniture did get in. I think he knew they were wronge so he wanted to avoid me.instead of being a man and at least talking to me.
