Complete fraud w / A/C repai

I just read some of the other reports, now I'm almost glad they didn't fix my a/c.

They had one guy come out and say that my outside unit needed to be replaced. AHS told him that it was my fault due to improper maintanence. I guess the guy argued with them and said that the system was old and that's why it went out&so they sent some one else out that told them what they wanted to hear.

The only thing is that the second guy had a big mouth—he told me the first guy was right and it went out because it was old.

He went outside talked to AHS and wrote up some crap about it being poorly maintained. And of course they denied the claim.

I just got finished w/my demand letter... I guess I'll be seeing AHS in small claims court. I'll update
