Quality Furniture, more like Super Crap

My wife and I purchased a Siesta Beach Living Room set, and have had it a little over two weeks. The backing on the sofa is already deformed, which appears to be caused by a very low quality stuffing being used. The Ottoman that goes with the Chair that was part of the set, collapses in the middle when you go to rest your feet on it. It seems like it's hollow inside, like they either have a poor quality stuffing, or completely under stuffed it. We really feel like we should have received a bit better quality for $3,500.00. This store/company is a complete ripoff.
