Extended Warranty on French Door Refrigerator Shorter Than Sold

Bought 4 stainless steel kitchen appliances. Added 3yr extended warranty on French door refrig which was told was effective through 12. Needed service in 2/12 and was told warranty expired 12. Spoke with store rep who admitted they have had a lot of problems with this type of thing happening and were trying to fix their problems internally. I asked to speak with manager and was told he would contact me, and after three attempts to call him, no response.

Best Buy treats customers horribly. They have no conception of service and do not give you even the courtesy of a response. Their concern is their bottom line and doesn't matter if they lie or misrepresent the product to you, your sh$#t out of luck and we don't want to even deal with you once we've screwed you and got your money.

Best Buy will follow in the footsteps of Circuit City who also lost sight of customer service and now they are closed! Use Best Buy to price shop and then have their competitors price match them. If you want to be treated like s$%t then buy from them, if you are smart you will stay away and give your hard earned money to someone who appreciates your business.
